Renovation of the old Eaton Tarbell CMU “White Elephant” building takes this historical eyesore and gives it improvements that position it well as a cutting-edge 21st century medical office. Emphasizing the vertical bands and textured blocking will protect the original design intent of the building while giving it a new luster that brings in ample light for examinations. The vestibule, intended to be wholly unique from the original structure, is clad with a metallic cherry wood grain pattern and will be equipped with comfortable waiting areas and an ADA compliant elevator.
